Sheela Bringi is a sacred music performer and recording artist whose Indian vocals, soaring bansuri flute and rāga harp have graced 50+ new age and world albums, including the Grammy-nominated Bhakti Without Borders. She has released two albums as a solo artist, and her work to bridge the musical worlds of India and America has been profiled by NBC News, NPR, Public Radio International and others. Sheela has extensive training in North Indian classical, devotional and Western musical traditions and she currently studies North Indian classical singing with Hindustani maestro Subhashish Mukhopadyay. Sheela is adjunct faculty in Music & Indian Devotional Singing at Naropa University in Boulder, CO. In 2020, Sheela and her partner Brent Kuecker founded an online music school called the Sacred Sound Lab where they offer training to students from around the globe. Brent Kuecker is a devotional singer, bass player, and yoga/meditation teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching students of all abilities and backgrounds. As a bass player he has played & toured with international kīrtan artists including Shantala, Dave Stringer, and Sheela Bringi. His studies are very wide in the field of Yoga - with expertise in anatomy, physiology, bio-mechanics, meditation, metaphysics, sūtras, cosmology, tantra, and nāda yoga. Brent studies North Indian classical singing with Hindustani maestro Subhashish Mukhopadyay. In 2020, Brent co-founded an online music school called the Sacred Sound Lab with his partner Sheela Bringi, offering training in harmonium, kīrtan, rāga and mantra to students from around the globe. Noah Rouse Wilson IV is a Pittsboro, NC based multi-instrumentalist with a focus on playing Hindustani music on the Dilruba, Sitar, Sarangi and Hammered Dulcimer. Noah has been playing for over 25 years, living a life devoted to the exploration and expression of creativity through sound and music. He has performed in many venues including live music for yoga classes, kirtans, ecstatic dances and healing ceremonies. Currently he’s studying Sarangi with Indian maestro Harsh Narayan while also exploring joyful sounds to musically engage with his 1 year old daughter Lark. More info at www.behearnowmusic.com
